ASME Standard Steam Boiler Air Preheater (APH) is a general term used to describe any device designed to heat air before another process (for example, combustion in a boiler) with the primary objective of increasing the thermal efficiency of the process.

Working Principle

Flue gas will transfer heat to the heating area, heating area exchange the heat to the air,then  make the air heat and increase the temperature, so as to complete the heat exchange, reduce the boilerflue gas temperature. Our company has accumulated years of air preheater design, manufacture, installation and operation experiences, especially in the enamel tube air preheater research and development, our company develop and manufacture the enamel glaze for different types of boiler flue gas components and operating characteristics, research and develop targeted enamel.
